SHIPPING

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your items will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday) of the order date. Items may come in multiple packages. All items will be shipped USPS Priority 2-3 days or UPS Ground. Please keep in mind, COVID may cause delays in shipping times.

Please note that if you have a US rural address, or you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols. (IE: cigar lighters)

We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

If you have not received your item, Reach out to us with your order and tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order. 

Once a order is placed it can’t be changed or canceled. 

We offer shipping insurance on each order that covers loss, theft, and damage. If you choose not to purchase insurance you will be responsible for contacting and filling claims with the shipping service.
